This is a Significant Operational milestone.
Description:
The Mi-24LL PSV technology demonstrator (based on a Mil 24) was fitted with composite technology blades with advanced tip planform (see Russia and China Show Latest Aircraft, VERTIFLITE November/December 2015, Page 10). It first flew in Dec 2015.
