About Aerospace General

Formed by Gilbert W. Magill, the Aerospace General Corporation was based in Odessa, Texas.

While Aerospace General ceased operations in the 1980s, the designs, patents and prototypes of Magill and of Aerospace General were acquired by Liteco, a Swiss company, in 1987. They were then acquired by Intora, a UK-based corporation, and then by Swiss Copter in 2008. Swiss Copter appears to be defunct as well.
